Kia ora, welcome to The Rehearsal Room
A quick look at what we're doing together before we get started.
Over three half-day workshops we'll be working through a story-based leadership experience together, designed around HÅhepa and the kinds of situations you navigate as leaders in your environment. It's built for all types of learners, including introverted folks, so everyone can take part and get what they need out of it.
How it works
- You'll each create a character based on your own strengths and what you want to grow into.
- You'll use that character to work through decisions and challenges as a group, inside a story and game-based setting, guided by facilitators Tamara Buckland and Romy Schirrmeister.
- It's a fun and impactful way to try out different leadership approaches before you need them in real life.
What this survey is for
This short survey helps us design your character around your leadership qualities and strengths, and lets you have some fun imagining the look and vibe of your character. We'll guide you through it, step by step. It should only take a few minutes.
